From the moment you call or enter our facility we are by your side thru the entire process. 

We will be there for you through your Prosthetic or Orthotic journey. From pre-admission including continuing care. Our staff is very knowledgeable and very qualified to answer any questions you may have. At Ozark Prosthetic and Orthotics you are never alone because we are there to support you and make sure you get the best care possible.

What is the Process:

There are several Steps when being fitted with a Prosthetic or Orthotic.

Step 1. Our staff will begin the process in obtaining all the documentation we will need to assist you. including your insurance information, clinical notes from your Physician and our Practioners, and precsriptions. We also provide, when needed, a free consultation by our qualified representative to educate you and inform you about the process. Our goal here is to help you in everyway we can to relieve some of the burden so you can concentrate on healing.

Step 2.  In this step you will be in our facility for your Free Consultation and Evaluation by our very qualified Practioners. They will listen to your concerns and your lifestyle goals in order to recommend the best solution for you. Depending on your individual situation the Practioner will asses your manual dexterity, gait, and body alignment as well as discussing clinical outcome goals to help determine your needs.

Step 3.  This is the step where the initial Fitting Process begins. We will design and craft a device that meets all the standards that were determined in the previous step. This process can take several appointments so we can meet your needs and your lifestyle goals.

Step 4. This Step is a very important because it is the continuation of care that you will need to have in order to achieve your lifestyle goals. Ozark Prosthetics and Orthotics has been around for 44 years and our team has a lot of experience in treating all kinds of prosthetic and orthotic devices. Your device will require maintenance. Our staff will provide you with instructions and any ongoing advice on the maintenance that your particular device will require. 

After the delivery of your device you will never feel alone. Our staff will reach out to you from time to time to inform you when it may be necessary for another appointment. Always remember our goals are your goals.
